ARKV (“we”, “us”) provides a fitness and class-planning app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address and a user ID (via Firebase Authentication) to create and secure your account.
• User content: fitness/class-planning content you create in the app (for example workouts, exercises, plans, notes, and related metadata).
• Uploaded images: images you choose to upload (for example exercise images) stored in cloud storage.
• Imported calendar data: if you connect your calendar, we may store event data you import (such as event title, start/end times, calendar/event identifiers, and source calendar name) so it can appear in your schedule.
• AI feature inputs: if you use AI-powered features, we send the text and/or images you provide to our AI service endpoint to generate results.
• Operational data: basic technical logs needed to keep the service reliable and secure (for example error logs and request metadata).

How we use information

• Provide core app functionality (account sign-in, syncing, schedules, and storage of your content).
• Process uploads and display them in the app.
• Import and show calendar-based scheduling information you choose to bring into ARKV.
• Generate AI outputs when you request them.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.

How we share information

We use service providers to run the app. These providers process information on our behalf in order to provide the services:

• Google Firebase: authentication, database, cloud functions, and storage.
• Hosting / infrastructure providers: to run our APIs and deliver the service.
• AI processing: when you use AI features, your inputs are sent to our AI service endpoint to produce results.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account from within the app; when you do, we delete your account and associated content from our systems, subject to limited retention for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Your choices

• Calendar access: you can choose whether to connect/import calendar data, and can revoke access in your device settings.
• Uploads: you control what images/content you upload.
• Account deletion: you can delete your account in-app.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

ARKV is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
